2. Listen

3. Motivation

7. Support
Coaches provide non-judgmental support rather than providing answers and relying on people to find their answers.
Coaching sessions follow certain patterns, such as:
- Fill out and discuss the first intake questionnaire (for the first session), then discuss it in each of the following sessions.
- Review past sessions and set goals for the current session.
- Questions and exercises to support your goal work. Discussions about the session and insights gained during the session.
- Next Steps / Conclusion The final session of a series of coaching sessions is time to check progress and celebrate changes.
